I'm writing this review since the tech arrived on time and installed the new thermostat quickly, inspecting the wiring to be sure it will work with our existing system. That was not my experience with another company whose quote ended up including unexpected parts and modifications.
This guy fixed a tiny problem with the thermostat in less than an hour, as opposed to another contractor who wanted to replace the whole system. We really appreciate the detailed explanation of what caused the problem and the efforts to prevent it in the future.
Our technician conducted the A/C maintenance efficiently and explained the issues, but it would have been helpful if they had given us a clearer idea upfront about the additional cost for replacing a worn-out capacitor. Overall, we were satisfied with their prompt service and commitment to addressing our concerns.
A/C running smoothly again, thank you.
Saint Paul Heating & Air Conditioning Electric Co delivered reliable and fast service.
