Came for a birthday. Not that great.. play equipment so dirty.. kids riding little bikes everywhere even into people.. Would not come back
Kids working there are very unhygienic.I got food poisoning from the Chicken burger.
Tonight we had a private hire at Crocs Ringwood, this is the second time we've hired out the venue and again, it was perfect. The ability to take our own food whilst also having some catering done and the coffee machine available for a coffee tab is a massive win for us. Both staff working were fantastic, super helpful and just all round amazing
Booked my daughters birthday party here and it wasn't a good experience at all this place is outdated and needs a revamp it's so over priced for the time spent here I would think twice before booking On another topic getting charged for extras I had no idea that patents would arrive with extra young ones that I had no idea would turn up then after chatting to them they paid as well as me With no senior management present I just paid so I didn't make a scene Very poor experience
