I wish I could give zero stars i took my daughter here on her 2nd birthday when I was heavily pregnant with my son. Ordered the wedges as I wasn't allowed to bring in the fruit and snacks I had prepared for my daughter and was later rushed to hospital with food poisoning
I'm giving this place a 2 star. When going into there felt very judged and wasn't much great customer service. This is my very first time hosting a party for my daughter at a play centre and honesty the hostess that was supposed to be helping me gave off hurry up and get out vibes. Wasn't friendly at all. Gave me looks 24/7. Basically for me I felt very stressed, no help at all and rushed me with everything. But on the good note they had food, the kids did love it thats why I gave it 2 stars. Very disappointed.
I’ve been to this play centre a few times since moving to Mandurah. It’s always a great place to take my two little ones during the weekdays – weekends get a bit too busy. A few things like the trampoline and toy guns need fixing, but overall, the experience is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful too!
FILTHY DIRTY PLACE..... We attended Crocs in Pinjarra for my Grandaughters birthday party, this place needs a dam good clean, rubbish in the play area, empty juice bottles, left over stale bits of food...... absolutely disgusting! Toliets and facilities weren't clean. The party was unorganised kayos, they want you in and out, kids were still eating, and they were removing the food out of the party room.....
