Incredibly bad experience. Cheris seemed lovely and the price seemed right, so we purchased stone from them for our countertops and fireplace front. The fabricator they recommended hung the stone incorrectly and wouldn't stand behind his work. Out of nowhere, Cheris sends us an unprofessional, gratuitously nasty email defending the lies the fabricator told her.
