Great experience, they were willing to fix my permanent retainer that they didn’t originally place when most other places wouldn’t. Didn’t try to upsell anything. I did ultimately decide to get removable tray retainers and they did great with that.
I cannot speak highly enough about the genuine warmth, professionalism, and kindness we receive every time we visit Dr. Croco. We have trusted him and his wonderful team with the orthodontic care of all three of our children, and the compassion and expertise they show at every step mean so much to our family. Dr. Croco is not only an exceptional orthodontist—he is someone who truly cares.
I broke my permanent retainer I had from an ortho office in a different state and this was the 4th place I called and 1st place willing to fix it for me. They didn’t try to upsell to get me to switch retainer types or suggest any extra orthodontic work even though my teeth have definitely shifted in the last decade since braces. Dr. Croco and his staff have been absolutely fantastic for our sons orthodontic treatment. Very professional, clean, compassionate staff. Very informed along the entire process. Hands down would recommend them.
