Serious lack of communication VIA Email or Phone Call or lack thereof. She doesn't even have a receptionist to help or answer phone calls. I actually had to go to 2 different ER's to get the Meds I needed. After constantly Hounding her and a Phone Call from my mother did she finally sent something in. Also, never puts any refills on my Anxiety Medication. Forces me to call her for a refill every time. That doesn't seem right to me. She needs to put a least one 1 refill on my Meds but refuses to do so. After this, I am curren... read more
