My sister lives at this apartment complex and she woke up to hot nasty water all through her house. The maintenance man tried to help her but he told her that it was under the concrete slab and he called corporate and was told that they had money issues. My sister needs to be moved to another apartment, but the manager is on vacation supposedly. My next step is to notify HUD.
