Our ac went out and they came in 1 hour. Great service
Very pleased with Crocker's service. AC went out yesterday evening. I called their number around 8PM and a lady took my information. Within 20 minutes, Chris called me and confirmed they could be at our house the following morning. He arrived, diagnosed the issue and had it fixed quickly. If I have any further issues with my HVAC/AC, or if I know of anyone with issues, I will be using/recommending Crocker. Thank you for the great service.
I felt like everyone I had the pleasure of working with demonstrated compassion and integrity. My service technician Thomas communicated well and I felt like he was acting in my best interest. Their diagnostic fee was also very reasonable in my opinion. Thank you to the team for solving my problem so quickly and easily.
