Luke was quite helpful throughout our initial wood stove/chimney encounter. The old ceramic flue and wood stove in our new house needed to be completely replaced, and he was excellent at communicating throughout the process, including all of our follow-up inquiries. There was no mess when he left the house. I was really pleased with how the staff conducted the chimney repair. They provided me with a speedy price and were accommodating with scheduling, despite the chilly weather. Marc performed an excellent job repairing the chimney and ensured that everything was clean before leaving.
