This place has really gone downhill. We came here several years in a row because we like the parking, storage, pool and hot tub, etc. But during our last stay, the outdoor hot tub wasn't working, the bathrooms were never stocked, and there were massive roaches in the pool deck and parking areas. There seems to be just this one maintenance guy for the whole place who tinkers around and does a few things in between sitting and smoking. Last year, we stayed here and rented through a private owner. Our place was immaculate, and we had no complaints. We did not realize this was not the standard across the whole condo. Unfortunately, our stay this year was far from enjoyable. We rented unit 3I through Village Reality. Communication was very poor. Before arrival, we struggled to verify our access code and were unable to reach anyone for assistance until just 20 minutes before check-in. Run down, not maintained well. Two of three elevators don’t work. Been coming here for last five years. Needs updates. Elevators don’t work TV need updating HVAC filter extremely dirty Does not feel clean Will most likely stay somewhere else next season.
Rooms/ sqft overall is smaller than other similar condos between 7.5mm and 8.5 (comparing 3bdrm units we've stayed in) but very nicely appointed and nicer amenities (pools and outdoor space).
