Great location and finishings, HOWEVER, if you enjoy the pool then please be forewarned that rude guests will try to "reserve" and claim poolside tables and chairs by placing junk on them over night, while at the beach, while inside, or even off of the premises! The property and my leasing company have been notified. This remained a problem during our stay in the summer of 2026.
The property management for the condominium has deferred a lot of maintenance on the Croatan Surf Club facilities. They have let it slide to a B- property, which is sad.
We’ve stayed in this condo (High Roller CSC4E) for years, and it just keeps getting better! This unit has been redone I’m talking: new furniture, new comfy mattresses, updated balcony paint and furniture, new kitchen wear, beach towels for guests under the bookshelves, fresh paint, and a HUGE upgraded smart TV. Beautiful accommodations with an excellent location right on the beach. Amazing!
We stayed in April of this year, and everything was amazing! Great place to stay, as long as you are ok with some distance between outings!
