Ken explained the process for today's visit thoroughly. He was willing to follow me around the house to show him where the wasp nests were located. He also identified the gopher issue and treated it promptly. Ken was friendly, and knowledgable!
Dustin did an awesome job on the service today! He was very thorough and noticed some bug activity I hadn't caught. He was very polite and personable. Five stars
Joseph was attentive to my request for the problem spots and promptly addressed them. He was kind and helpful. Always good to work with good people!
