Below average overall. Did a physician home loan with neo. Team is responsive, but communication among their team is absolutely atrocious. Our homeowner insurance agent, builder, and lawyer were working with someone on their team while the loan officer and loan processor were totally unaware (no communication amongst themselves). Created a ridiculous amounted of confusion and ultimately increased my cost significantly as close was delayed due to this incompetence.
