We had CRN help us install a gas fireplace insert into an old unused fireplace. They were excellent to work with. The communication was excellent and service was prompt, clean, and the did a great job overall! Victoria, Kim, Gary, Hugo, and the rest of the team (sorry, forgot names) were awesome to work with. First time using CRN and I am very happy with the outcome. My furnace gave up on a Sun night and the owner was very helpful to get me a new unit installed in less then 24 hr. They even fixed a few other issues so my home can be up to the latest codes. Than you CRN team.

CRN plumbing is the best. I used them not to long ago,they did a great job very professional. They are coming to my house on Tuesday. I think it was the owner I spoke with the last time very nice guy and accommodating.

Beware of Fraud As a real estate agent selling a property in Revere (2024), I have encountered a troubling situation regarding CRN Plumbing and Heating, the company that installed the furnace for the sellers in 2019. We discovered that they never finalized the permit they applied for with the city of Revere. I contacted the owner of the company, Ron Masse, to address this issue. CRN is my go to for all plumbing needs in Malden. They came out to diagnose an issue within 3 hours after receiving an email in the middle of the night when I was in a different country.
