I scheduled a carpet cleaning for today on (Tuesday) last week. I scheduled the appt from 10am-12pm. The technician called me the night before and "TOLD" me that he was coming at 12 noon. I informed the technician the he would not be able to come due to the fact that I had an appt in Silver Springs, MD. He stated that he would come at 11am. Fast forward, no show at 11:15am and no call. I had to call the office to find out what was going on. I called to get a quote. Was told they can’t give me a price until the Technican gets here. However, during the course of the booking she was quoting prices. So at the end I asked for a total. She stated only the technician can give me that when he finishes the job. I politely told her that’s not going to work. I guess I will try another.
