Very nice people here, from being greeted at reception, seeing the providers and even during check out. Not much of a wait, ever. Appreciate the service here.
I arrived for symptoms of possible walking pneumonia. The cold/cough had been going on 3.5 weeks and had finally become dry and unproductive and very painful. The Facility was open late, and I was seen within 15 minutes. Those are the positives. The staff member who took vitals looked like someone who walked in from the streets. She was not dressed professionally and had no identifying badge and just looked to have come straight from the street to provide care.
