Cookeville Regional Urgent care is a JOKE!!!! PA Wendy Dewberry is rude and can't read a damn chart. Actually told me to go elsewhere because she doesn't want to help. Never will I spend a dime with this Mickey Mouse practice again and I will go out of my way to make sure no one else does either. All because I asked for a damn anti biotic after 10 days and 2 visits to this joke of a facility. Visited CRMC Urgent Care on March 23. Moderately crowded but I felt I was seen quickly. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all very friendly and professional. Great visit all around. Feeling better already.
I went in for a COVID test because I had all COVID symptoms from the previous time I had it. Doctor was very dismissive and said there's nothing she can really do. She did a flu test. It was negative. She prescribed me tamiflu and told me if I don't have the flu that won't work. So an unnecessary prescription. I was told insurance doesn't cover the covid test. This is not true. She told me to just buy one from Walgreens. She wouldn't prescribe me anything else for my symptoms since I was negative for the flu and she didn't k... read more
We can't really give less than 5 starts. I have 2 small children and I am alone. I am blessed to have insurance thru work and this place to help! Bless this place, the front desk workers, nurses and doctors! Thank you for helping a mom in need!
