John his team at CRM services provide exceptional service from full extensive remodels to smaller repair items on all of our investment properties and short term projects. They are transparent in pricing, scope of work and project time management. I would highly recommend John for any real estate work related repairs or remodels.
We had John and his team remove a recessed and elevated hot tub and replace the decking. This required significant work to match the Trex material — which had been discontinued. John made several trips to select the best match and the work came out better than expected. We’d choose John again do perform work on our home.
John was friendly, polite and very professional. His work was quick but also quality. I would highly recommend him for your home projects. I'll be using him again!
