I recently had my first DEXA screening well before the recommended age due to health issues. I was nervous and worried that I’d get some strange looks being so young for that test, but everything went great. My tech, Lynn, explained it all to me despite me disclosing I had a medical background. She was very thorough and made sure she had all my health history correct and nothing was missed. I go out of my way to schedule my appointments here. They are on time, thorough and compassionate. I highly recommend.
I do not live near CRL, but go back every year because Lynn is so careful and gentle. Lynn and the staff at CRL care about my health and so I am a fan.
The front desk was kind but beyond that, my experience was less than satisfactory. I had an order from my OB for a breast ultrasound (key word). When I got there, they told me I would do the diagnostic mammogram first. I specifically said I preferred an ultrasound first for personal reasons. The assistant checked into it and although I felt judged, they said they'd do it.
