Unacceptable behavior from the owner. Ms. Ivy has shown a complete lack of professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy toward loyal, long-time customers. Her attitude is disgraceful and entirely uncalled for. I will never return to this business and strongly urge others to take their money elsewhere. There are countless other places offering the same services without the arrogance and disrespect.
Wonderful service. I've interacted with several of the people working there and they're always positive and helpful regarding my project requirements. I've bought glass cut to size and also am using their edge polishing services. I am a repeat customer and wouldn't imagine going anywhere else as it is a pleasure to do business here.
Requested a mirror. Was perfectly cut size. Pleasant service associates and super fast delivery at a reasonable price.
Alvi and Ivy are great second time dealing with them very reasonable and fast.
The new management is poor. Today I asked for a job done before.!!!!
