Just completed new house build in Belmar. Matt and crew has been a pleasure to work with. He is professional ,responsive and patient. The workmanship is excellent. We are very happy with our new home. I will review again after the first full year.
Buyer Beware! Matt Crivelli's three year "WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY" and "ONE YEAR WALK THROUGH" are not in my opinion the paper they are written on. His walk through after one year is to identify and repair things such as nail pops etc. Only problem is that after he is paid I don't believe you will ever hear from him concerning that regard. After getting a CO we found cracks developing in or ceilings and nail pops to numerous to mention along with gutters that rattle in the wind etc, ect.
