Critz Mercedes Service group did an outstanding job repairing my 450 truck/SUV. Drew, my go--to guy, kept me up to date on a MAJOR repair that I needed. If you have a Mercedes, I don't know why you would go anyplace else. They are very conscientious and professional regarding repairs and my truck is always spotless when I pick it up. Great job !!
Critz Mercedes was where I purchased my car and I figured I would get service there too. I had brought my Mercedes in for the A Service and I had no issues. When I brought my car in for the B Service (which was suggested due to the mileage) I looked at the list of services on the dealership website (below) which said “break fluid exchange”. To me that meant “drain and refill”. My experience with Critz over the years has been 5 star. I've been coming here since 2009 and Tiffany has been taking care of me and helping me make the right decision in maintaining my vehicles over those years. Recently when I had my 2009 E350 in for service I inquired about a new vehicle and Tiffany called over Aski Baker. Right now in driving my 2022 AMG53. Thank you Aski Baker and Tiffany for the great service.
Not happy at all! After numerous attempts to get quality service, I took my car in once again for service. This time the service advisor was very good, he was very accommodating, courteous and adhered to updates regarding status and pickup time. However, when I picked up my car I noticed a huge hand print on my white vehicle, i didn’t complain I just wiped it off. But after stopping to get fuel, I noticed several more, I wiped off at least five more, they were everywhere, even on the gas receptacle. This was unacceptable esp... read more
