Although their salesmen are very attentive and caring, their service department is the complete opposite. My brand new 2025 GMC Terrain AC broke. I called on several occasions to get it fixed and it took over 1 month to get the car in to get it looked at. Driving in GA in the middle of summer with no AC! Called everyday and left voicemails until one day someone finally picked up. I leased the car back in May 2025, til this day, August 6th, the AC is not working. I had the worst experience I took my GMC in for a repair I thought that endurance would cover it I drove at 30 me to get it there and then a week later they told me 2200 it had a leaking heater hose and a sticking thermostat they wanted 2200 and when I went to pick it up I paid $199.95 for telling me what was wrong with it but nobody told me that the heater hose was busted completely off only had one leg I made it a half a mile from their shop going back home and it ran hot because all the water poured on the ground they had... read more
