The service department has become increasingly unwelcoming. Neither the service writers nor any other service staff greeted me warmly. Nothing special - nothing really wrong - just average
My husband and I have been good customers of Critz through the years and have purchased 6 GMCs from Critz and had all of these cars serviced through Critz. Up until recently, all has gone well but that has changed. A year ago or so, my husband made an appointment for an oil change online, showed up at the appointed time, and was told they did not have an appointment for him. Although their salesmen are very attentive and caring, their service department is the complete opposite. My brand new 2025 GMC Terrain AC broke. I called on several occasions to get it fixed and it took over 1 month to get the car in to get it looked at. Driving in GA in the middle of summer with no AC! Called everyday and left voicemails until one day someone finally picked up. I leased the car back in May 2025, til this day, August 6th, the AC is not working.
