Good customer service, they film their vehicle inspection and send it to you via text. They also provide Uber transportation to and from a location of your choosing. Comfortable brake area with computer charging station, for those of you without a Mac and are stuck with energy hog laptops. Plenty of coffee tea and goodies along with TV in break area.
