I was super pleased with my service visit and ongoing support. Much better than I ever expected. Sarah was fantastic and helped me through all my issues particularly several of my software problems. We communicated via text throughout the process. She also had Rafael work with me on resetting software issues, he also followed up with me a second time when I continued to experience problems.
