I am very dissatisfied with my recent service experience. First, the process of making the appointment was very frustrating. Unfortunately, this has also been my experience with previous service appointments. Scheduling service should not be this difficult, especially for a premium brand dealership. Worst bmw service I’ve been too. Go to Hilton head if you have the option.
They are organized and communicate well. Technicians do good. pricing wise though, we get it - its a dealer plus its a BMW, but some rates are unnecessarily through the roof. Simple inspections like say looking at a AC system line leak and diagnosing up to $250 not including credit card fees is pretty insane. You’re better off going to ASM BMW 10 minutes away for the same work plus OEM part usage.
I have been waiting on my car for 5 HOURS for a tire change. This is my second visit to have tires changed here because the last time I was here for a scheduled appointment (appointment was scheduled 2 weeks prior to appointment) they realized after the fact that the tire I told them I wanted during the scheduling were not in stock/ordered ahead of time.
