As others have said very rude and condescending receptionist, if you need a vet go to the Waukon vet
Exceptional customer service. They spent an hour getting to know our senior dog. They suggested alternatives to traditional medicine and strategies to address our needs, which is what we were looking for.
I'll tell ya one thing they will cut your dog's hair. Do they have great customer service, are they nice to there human clients, do they collaborate on what your vision is for your dogs look will be like....NO! Sprinkle in some high prices and you got Critters & Suck
They are doing acupuncture and laser therapy on my lil girl for IVDD per their recommend treatment plan.
