I love that this is a Canadian family owned small business that I can support. I had a couple of questions so I emailed and they got back to me very quickly, answered my questions offered to help with the shipping. Very friendly and helpful. Shipping was very fast. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future!
I brought my dogs in for a nail trim today. They rarely have a trim, but haven't been able to run or walk much lately due to the cold weather. All of the staff at Critters were exceptionally kind. They knew how to approach them and make them comfortable. I highly recommend Critters. We will be going back.
