I live in Ontario and the store I used to buy my cat food from would deliver it and leave it outside a locked door sometimes in the middle of the night. It was just luck that I was able to retrieve before it was stolen. When I call to complain they brushed it off and said it was the Courier that was responsible for that and they had nothing to do with it. I have been shopping at Critters on Ruth Street for my pets for nearly 20 years. They always have what I need, the service is fantastic, and I trust them to make sure the products they carry are high quality. A couple of the staff members have been there the whole time I've shopped with them.
