I really like this store for online purchases. They have very fair prices, and local Canadian products. Their website is easy to navigate and they have convenient bulk options for even greater savings. I live in BC and this is my go-to site for all my dog's online purchases. They ship items quickly and efficiently.
I’ve always appreciated the service at Critters. Today I order delivery for the first time, and I was impressed at how quickly my cat litter arrived on my doorstep despite it being a cold wintery day. I will definitely use their delivery service again!
EDIT: They arrived in good time and are exactly what I expected. First time shopping here. Great to support a small Canadian business. Found a toy that my dog loves so much, but her current one is falling apart despite her babying it. Couldn't find them on Amazon, and though Amazon had others from the same company, they were priced very high. Grateful that Critters Pet Health Store doesn't overcharge their shoppers. Can't wait for them to arrive :)
At first, I really enjoyed bringing my dog here for grooming, but unfortunately my experience has gone downhill. They are extremely difficult to book appointments with, as they don’t answer their phones or respond in a timely manner.
