Final upate: they installed a rodent guard as a fix while we where at work. Is it what we thought we were getting, no. Does it get the job done, yes. The story as to how we got to this point varies every conversation we have with the company, but the final work quality was satisfactory. The communication and continuity is definitely wanting but got my coworkers a laugh today. Attempted to call, says available 24/7 and no one answers. Call just hangs up after ringing. Don't waate your time

WORST EXPERIENCE & WASTE OF MONEY!!! They don't call back and don't remove critters like they say they do. I had to chase out the racoon problem I had inside my bedroom wall myself after a month of no success on their part. They did get rid of some rats in the attic, however, rats were also seen coming out of in holes at my front porch. After waiting on call backs with no response, I was finally told by the front desk that the rodent problem has to be inside the house in order for them to handle it.
