I can not praise Critter Getters enough! We had a bat problem in our attic and the owner called came out immediately to access the situation. Following the install of the one way bat door we had a bat enter our house. It was the Friday before 4th of July and most business were closed in observance so we weren't sure if we would hear back after leaving a voicemail. Great first experience with Critter Getters and I highly recommend. Chico was so nice on the phone and Chris and Nick showed up within 1/2 hour of my phone call and identified the urine smell problem to be from a snake that was in our attic that recently pee’d and poo’d in a light fixture up there and it dripped down into our laundry room. Yuck. They cleaned it up and sprinkled snake deterrent in attic and around the foundation. Both guys were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
Chico was very professional and courteous. He explained our options for the fix. Thank you for your prompt service
Nathan was really nice and very accommodating. Ricky was great the month before. Every time I've called the office Rachel has answered my questions and is very pleasant! I would recommend Critter Getters!
