Entered with a 4:15 appt. Lobby was full with 6 people and their pets. Waited and people were being pulled before me as walk ins, their records were pulled before I got there. Waited 45 mins past my telephone appt. I then went up to employee and said I did have another appt. stated I would need to reschedule that my pet just needed rabies shot. She said wait a moment. Vet assistant came out took my pup returned in less than ten minutes. Been going there since 90's. People were packed in lobby not able to keep 6ft. distance!
