Worst experience ever with any company. After being a loyal client for two years and paying monthly for preventative measures. They charged me 300 dollars to remove one dead mouse from my crawl. I was skeptical that being that he was down there for only 5 minutes, so I had another company out and they found 2 dozen mice plus nests. Their negligence regarding my property and ensuring me everything was OK is alarming. I tried to contact critter control for 2 days to address this semi emergent matter to no avail. Excellent meeting with Mitch. He thoroughly explained the specifics of the problem as well as the recommended solution. Mitch is definitely a professional and very personable. I would highly recommend Critter Control.
I really don’t like posting bad review since other people had better experience, however it’s always good to know before and you be the judge. Unfortunately due to poor customer service of not returning phone call when it’s considered urgent. I had to go at it alone to remove a family of squirrels 🐿️ from my laundry wall. Soo cute but squirrels do not belong in my house!! I wished critters control of Hamilton was on the job since I paid for them for the service . Oh well
Beware this business needs to advise you they only trap animals that are in your house or attic. They do not trap animals from your yard. They charged us for setting traps then came back and took them down. This is a real “bait” and switch company.
David with Critter Control was amazing. Found our dead critters. Removed them and put everything back the way it was. Cleaned up the whole area. He also did a thorough walk around the building to find all points that critters may be getting in. David went above and beyond in everything he did.
