Dr. Hartzel is the the guy you want for compassion, information, decision advice, and all around pet owner needs.
Today, we laid our beautiful dog to rest in the privacy and comfort of our home. Dr. Hartzell was gentle, compassionate, and patient allowing us time to say our goodbyes and hold her while she left us peacefully. We couldn't have been blessed this much during such a difficult time if we had gone down another path. Thank you.
Dr. Hartzell isn't just a highly qualified vet, he is compassionate, reassuring and respectful when we pet owners are facing the tough choices that are inevitable. While our dog was healthy, he provided practical options without judgement. But I will always remember how he helped us make the best choice for our 16 year old heeler and made sure we were at peace with it.
