I cant even give them one star. We were quoted one price over the phone which i know it was an estiment but when we left it was several hundred dollars more than what dhe esrimated price given. The doc wasnt even there and the main reason we went was bc my lil female is pregnant so she didnt get seen at all. We asked for flea meds and didnt get any. We drove an hour then we waited an hour and a half. So needless to say we wont be goin back there. Sorry Critters.
I’ve been using Critter Care for years. Dr. Hubbard is so caring, helpful and knowledgeable. I adopted a cat from a humane society that was supposed to be healthy and was actually far from it. She was did everything in her power to help him and be an advocate for him. I’ve also taken my goats, leopard geckos, dogs, and other cats to be cared for there. She explains any and every issue when they arise. All the staff is also just as caring and helpful.
Would not go there, the vets ok. Office staff, leaves a lot to be desired. Over priced!
Refused to give my dying dog flea medication even though he is a patient there.
