Set an appointment showed up an nobody was there!!!!!! Seriously 😐 waste of time!!! I showed up with all my animals loaded up, baths alarms set, arrived at the building an surprise nobody is in????? Sign said open sooooo..... why set an appointment for a new clients an not even be in the building/at work! 😒 🙄 😐 waste of time.

I have used Critter Care for my puppy and for our baby kitten that we’ve recently rescued, and they were helpful. The only downside is that the vet doesn’t seem to be in very often, and when you call to make an appointment, you’re left on hold for a very long time. It initially took me about a week to get through to make my first appointment for our puppy. Otherwise, staff is friendly and prices seem good!
