If I could give 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat. The experiences I have had here have been TERRIBLE. Back 10 years ago, I brought my dogs here as puppies and unfortunately one of them, a mini dachshund named Joesy, developed a condition where she was unable to use her back legs anymore. At that time I was still in grade school, my mother was working full-time, and we were very low-income. My cat Theo died while in their care over the weekend. He was admitted Thursday morning with a high fever and recommended to stay overnight. They did not let me know they weren’t usually open on Fridays, but instead I got a call at 9:40am Friday morning asking if I would make it in time to pick Theo up before they closed at 10:00. I was not even told Theo was ready to go home. All of their staff left, and he was left there until Sunday when he died by himself.
