Everybody at Critter Care showed us compassion, excellent understanding, goodness, and care for us as our dog Sammy faced his final hours. The Doctor was outstanding, and made time for us, unscheduled.
This was our dog, Sammy's vet care clinic. When our sweet Sammy had an unexpected mass on his spleen rupture, he was leaving us all to suddenly. Critter Care, examined him and explained our options and was professional and sensitive to our family. Sammy had to go over the rainbow where we couldn't follow. The vet was so caring and compassionate to how this was going to happen. She gave us the private space to prepare us and to wait for other family members to arrive. We love the staff here. Have had a problem awhile back called for an appointment. When describing what was wrong they said no need to bring our Samson in. They prescribed meds for him. Save an office visit fee. Had our puppies in for first shots and deform. Our room never was empty from staff they all had to stop in and love on the babies ( 9 8 week old golden retriever pups)
