I'm disgusted by the critter cabana in wilsonville. Went in there without knowing it's a free for all grab of puppies. Puppies were trying to sleep being grabbed non stop by random people who weren't washing their hands, the puppies that weren't asleep were basically trying to escape the MULTIPLE hands reaching in for them, and the area wasn't being supervised by ANY staff members which means half the people grabbing the puppies were unattended children flailing them around. I have never been more disturbed by a pet shop. I don't suggest supporting this awful, sad business.
I am shaking in anger as I write this. New in town, I was looking to shop locally. I walked in to buy my pup some natural balance dog food and saw 3 little puppies in A FISH TANK SITTING IN THEIR OWN SH*T WITH FLIES ALL OVER THEM. They were NOT RESCUE they were FOR SALE $699 each. I am disgusted and critter cabana will never get my business. Shame on you critter cabana!
Disturbing place. When I visited they had a weimaraner puppy being kept in a small fish aquarium all by itself. There was a paper note taped to the aquarium saying that the puppy was on hold for a buyer that would be back the following week to pick it up. There are so many things wrong with that I don't even know where to begin. It makes me sick to my stomach. This place will never see a single cent of my money.
Never ever take your dog to this place for grooming. They hacked my dog up. Thankfully it's hair and will grow back but honestly $70 bucks to have this mess....no thanks.
Workers were friendly. One young man was off duty and yet he was so helpful with our grandson.
