Unreliable. Unprofessional. We’ve been waiting for two gerbils from Critter Cabana for almost 8 weeks. Each week we’ve been told to call back on the next Wednesday when they receive their ‘shipments and they would definitely have them. The person who does the ordering told me last week when the gerbils still we’re not available that she’d make sure we could pick up two gerbils yesterday, but when I called, there were no gerbils to pick up.
