The actual mammogram I had was 5 stars the rest of the experience was not. I provided my update insurance information twice. I waited 25 minutes for the office associate to process my paperwork (I was the only person in the office). After one week; got a call from Henry Ford that the insurance claim was rejected. They billed my old insurance, so after wasting 25 minutes to process my paperwork in the office they still got it wrong. The mammogram took all of 5 minutes and went as smoothly as those can.
Brought my 83 year old Mom in for a mammogram. I have had mammograms my whole life… no issues. Jane, the tech that did my Mom’s mammogram - was really off putting. My Mom has memory issues - so Jane brought me back into the ultrasound room because she wasn’t comfortable with the answers my Mom was giving her. Jane was rather arrogant and seemed to just be looking for discrepancies between her history and our answers. She said my Mom had never been there before (she had not) but this seemed to be a problem for her…. Jane laug... read more
