Me, my fiancé and my 2 children went to crittenden tire and lube. ( my fiancé worked here a little over a year ago and due to family issues he had to leave the company) so thinking the company would not discriminate we went their shop to get my rear two tires mounted and balance the female Tammy came outside got my tires and not even 5 minutes later a bald gentleman came out and said we aren’t doing work for you! Aweful customer service my cousin got a flat tire across the street from this place yesterday all he need was a 4 way and the parking lot the employee were nasty told him he had to pay for it and to get off the lot. Worst customer service. These people need to go back to church. The owner said she is not aloud to loan out 4 ways!! REALLY YOU ARE THE OWNER!!I seriously doubt the police are going to arrest you for a act of kindness.

Yesterday(12/22/2017), traveling from Atlanta, GA to Cleveland, OH....had major issue, 3 of the wheel studs broke clean off, didn't know it til I felt it. Thankfully we were by an exit and able to make it up the ramp and behold "Crittenden Tire and Lube", it was truly a little unbelievable. BUT, Kyle and Tammy (I hope i remembered her name correctly, if not, I apologize) were so, so helpful, it took a little while to finally locate all the parts but they did and even spent a little after hours time to get these NE Ohio bound... read more
