The last several years my dad had been in many hospitals. He has never been treated more compassionately at any hospital as he has at Crittenden. I am quite positive they have saved his life twice now. We as a community are so fortunate to have them

Our experience in the ER was excellent. The staff was compassionate, professional, and attentive throughout my husband’s treatment for a head injury. The providers and nurses kept us informed, acted quickly, and made us feel cared for during a stressful time. We are very grateful for the outstanding care he received. Thanks again to Amber, Crystal, Morgan, Heather, Elaina and Dr Kivisto!

While all the staff is super sweet and nice, I will NOT be returning even in emergency. I brought my very sick daughter in over the weekend. She’s 16 months old and literally couldn’t breathe. They did tests and that’s it and sent us home saying she had a cold and that there’s nothing they can do. I knew something was wrong so I took her to Caldwell the next day and she had been diagnosed with rsv. My poor baby was miserable and I’m so glad I went with my gut and took her somewhere else. Amanda, Gary, and the whole crew were wonderful. They treated me with kindness and took the time to really dig in and figure out what was going on. For the first time, I walked out with a real diagnosis and the peace of mind that my pain wasn’t “all in my head.” They made sure I knew who to follow up with and how to handle things moving forward. Hands down the best care I’ve ever gotten anywhere. I’d recommend them to anybody who finds themselves in a tough spot and needing help fast.
