I am very happy with the installation I had from Freddy and his guys at Critical Mass Solar. From start to finish they handled things great. I went with them partly due to the initial consult. Freddy was able to explain things in a concise and understandable manner. I have somewhat of challenging roof, but he was able to design a layout that fit in all the solar panels I needed, but still looked good. Couldn't be happier with Critical Mass Solar and the great people who make up the company. I reached out to them after purchasing a home with existing solar - I needed a new roof and was not familiar with the area. Critical Mass Solar responded to my inquiry same day and was in communication quickly both via phone and email. I spent many weeks collecting quotes from 7 different solar installation providers including Tesla, Palmetto, Evergreen, Boston Solar, Valley, and Momentum. I compared the brand/quality of the panels, the total system kWh, warranties, finance rates, professionalism, and something that is important to me - how obnoxious and pushy the sales representative is.
