We had a very stressful situation and these guys were great. They were thorough and careful. They minimized the damage we could have had from a leaking roof, and then were able to get the restoration work inside completed in record time. Greg went above and beyond to make sure the work was completed in time for us to list our home for sale, all was good as new.

We are putting our home on the market and decided to refinish our shower with a different company. After the shower was refinished, there was a leak in it upstairs and water went into the floor/ ceiling downstairs. Critical Control was called out to help. They were at our home the next day (Tuesday) and by Friday afternoon the moisture was 100% dry, the ceiling was repaired, and they painted for us. Nate and his crew showed up within 30 minutes after our initial phone call. We were in a major panic after our bathroom pipe had burst and leaked all the way down to our kitchen. We had to get major repairs done. Nate’s crew was so professional, answered all questions. They were punctual, knowledgeable and compassionate during this difficult time. Thank you for everything!
