Stole the run from Medcare to transport my wife. I am a Medcare employee, it would have been free for my spouse to be transported by the company I work for. They showed up and just, took the run anyways, and a Medcare crew showed up later to find that she was gone already. They do this constantly, this is not the only example.
I would give Critical Care Transport zero (0) stars if google would allow it. The ambulance company refused to allow us to transport our child ourselves from hospital to hospital. We were forced by Ohio Health + Nationwide Children's + Critical Care Transport to have our son transported from hospital A to hospital B a total distance of 18.5 miles of which during that transport Critical Care Transport did absolutely notta zero zilch nothing at all!!! other than move him from point A to point B and sent us a bill for $3,555.00... read more
I was taken by this ambulance company from pickerington ER to Doctors hospital back in January when the Dr thought I needed more care than they could offer me. It was a simple ride with no monitoring, no oxygen, no meds, no IV , just a ride. I am being billed over $3,000 which is an excessive and predatory amount and am being harassed and threatened with collections.
