They are a well run company who repaired my system on a weekend.
Alex was awesome he showed up within 15 mins of me calling found the minor issue repaired it quickly. Very professional and honest company will definitely work with them again
I called at 9:30pm and he was here in 25min to fix my A/C!!! Now that is service!!! He did a thorough check of the system, found the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour. If I have an issue in the future I’ll be calling Critical Care Heating and Air again!!!
I called Alex on Friday, he told me when he could make it to my house, he was on time, confirmed his over the phone diagnosis, and had my home cooling down within an hour. He communicates very well and has very fair prices. My unit is getting old and will use him again.
Alex was on time and his customer service was excellent! He was knowledgeable and got my air unit back up and running.
