Very meticulous and over and beyond quality of work and very courteous There is no other shop that compares to their services on my big 4x4 ram the paint and body work is show quality can't wait to see how my paint job comes out when they paint my harley davidson streetglide with will be my next project Owner David and wonderful wife and his master craftsmen ate awesome thank you very much from a very satisfied customer you guys are the best!

My 24' class c RV sat at another well know repair facility for nearly three months while they continued to lie to me that work was progressing. Once I discovered and brought our rig to Critical, Dave had most of the body damage done in three weeks! It took a little longer to finish up the trim on the box behind the drivers' door to his standards of it matching exactly which was beyond my expectations. I couldn't give any higher recommendation than the pristine work they did on my rig.
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! CCC searched high and low for a replacement bumper for my FIAT. They would not give up!
