Wish every business worked the way Criterium-Pfaff does! We had some concerns about cracks in our Latham plaster walls in an older home and were able to schedule a residential structural analysis quickly (within a week). We had an experienced and knowledgeable engineer complete the analysis, received the report the same day, and got a referral for a contractor who could do the work recommended in the report. We had an excellent experience from start to finish and we recommend Criterium- Pfaff highly!
Ken went above and beyond for us. We were under pressure to get repairs done before winter, and our contractor needed an engineer’s report right away. Even though Ken’s schedule was packed, he didn’t just brush us off—he recommended other engineers we could reach out to and still took the time to walk us through our questions.
