Fast, friendly service. Ken was very helpful on the phone prior to the inspection. Kendal showed up to review damage to our home and was also very pleasant to deal with. The report for my insurance company was received the same day. Unlike other vendors I have been recently working with to deal with the damage to my home, Criterium-Pfaff Engineers have been professional, courteous and empathetic.
