Mike has agreed to replace a tree/shrubs with in a year of work. I notified him in 9th month that the tree is dead. He replied saying he will take care of it and it’s been 3 month since he said and did not show up. Doesn’t response to phone calls, texts, emails. Poor quality and customer responsiveness.
