Erik has been such an incredible trainer through my journey to getting better shape. Literally the best I’ve had in LA and can’t recommend him enough. Booking directly with him is easy and he has flexibility with my schedule. He is super respectful of your time as well and is 100% focused on you and only you during your sessions. Parking is plentiful and I love how CRIT is centrally located and easy access to the 405.
