Had a bad experience with the long black haired employee today. I went in for an oil change but needed the motorcraft filter for my car. They don’t carry those so I went and got that and the oil orielys told me my car needed. Took it back to criswells and they said that it wasn’t the right oil. I said that was weird and trying to figure out what my next step was. Just want to give a big shout out and thanks to Criswell’s, Purcell, OK, for tire service received yesterday, Wednesday October 10, 2025. Driving from Maysville to Norman, but along the way our right rear tire started leaking fast on I35 northbound. Down to 4 lbs pressure in matter of minutes. Managed to get off at North Purcell exit and literally coasted into Criswell’s on S. Green Avenue when tire went totally flat. They got us in immediately.
