Called to get my truck serviced for an oil change and filters and they say they don’t work on my truck shouldn’t matter on what the truck style is it shouldn’t matter on what the motor is

It was a pleasure dealing with this dealership service center had major work done to my vehicle. They were excellent on keeping me updated on what was happening and what time frames looked like. They were very open to my inquiries as well as allowing me to check on the damages done to the vehicle. I had to have a head replaced on a 70,000 mile 2020 Ram ProMaster cost of nearly $8,000 covered by warranty. The service team was excellent in getting the warranty company to pay for all of the work done.
Great team and great service. They are no-nonsense, conscientious and transparent with what I need to keep my RAM van in perfect condition. They are conveniently located to Rockville and offer shuttle service. As long as I live here I won’t go anywhere else.
