Sold me a car.
Over the past year, my experience with this car service center has been a nightmare of incompetence, misdiagnosis, and complete disregard for customer input. I first brought my truck in on July 25, 2024, to address a check engine light and a loud ticking noise that occurred during cold starts. I even came prepared, telling them I had already scanned the truck myself and found a PCM-related error. They're bullies. Do not buy a Jeep. Its the biggest financial mistake of my life. The engine, transmission, hoses, etc failed after only a few years. The managers at the dealers are shady and you will not be treated fairly. They retaliate like high school footballers who think they can act any way they want and get off scott free. No professionalism. Jeeps are very unreliable and have a much higher chance of being a complete lemon after the warranty period.
It would probably be a good idea to not have labor day available online for people to make appointments and waste people's time if youre going be closed on labor day.
I took my 2016 3.6 l Jeep in to get my transmission flushed. They were able to get me a quote over the phone and it was more than other local shops or Jiffy Lube, but because it's a 3.6 l contained unit the dealer was recommended and other shops wouldn't change it. The shop was clean and staff very friendly, and no additional fees were tracked on to the initial quote; however, I'm taking two stars off for the 3% "convenience fee" charged for using a card or check.
