Showed up for an oil change, they said I should get a tire alignment and rotation also. I said ok but that I had to leave in 2.5 hours so only if it was done on time. They assured me no problem. I came back in 2 hours to check, he assured me it would be done in 10 minutes as they were just working on a recall. 30 minutes later, I asked for my car. I was told it would be a few more minutes.
