It would probably be a good idea to not have labor day available online for people to make appointments and waste people's time if youre going be closed on labor day.
I took my 2016 3.6 l Jeep in to get my transmission flushed. They were able to get me a quote over the phone and it was more than other local shops or Jiffy Lube, but because it's a 3.6 l contained unit the dealer was recommended and other shops wouldn't change it. The shop was clean and staff very friendly, and no additional fees were tracked on to the initial quote; however, I'm taking two stars off for the 3% "convenience fee" charged for using a card or check. I have been going to this place for a while and I never thought they would do me the way they are doing me now. I took my car in because it was dripping a few transmission fluid drops and 2 days later they tore my engine apart without my consent and then tell me that I need a new engine because my car is not starting. Get ready because here comes the legal action! Anyone knows that these new cars will start running horribly and give you a check engine light before it gets to a point where your car will not start unless it is... read more
