The Criswell team was fantastic, as usual. I was there for my Colorado ZR2's 15K maintenance and was kept informed every step of the way. The team was kind and the pricing was almost as kind to my bank account. I will definitely be going back for my routine preventative maintenance.
Austin, my service advisor, was fantastic. Super easy to book my appointment, the service was done quickly and Austin kept me up to date along the way.
I stopped in for the first time for Parts for my truck. I was greeted by the sales staff who showed me where the parts counter was and even rang the bell for the parts lady to come on out. They offered to hold the door for me on the way out. So they know how to delivery good customer service. The parts lady was equally helpful and pleasant. The entire lot was lined with pickup trucks and when you walk in the showroom multiple vette models were on display. Sports cars and pickup trucks seem like a good combo to me 😎
Really good service. Down to Earth staff who are friendly and helpful.
