Cannot stress enough how much of a frustrating experience it has been to deal with the Criswell service department. I bought the extended warranty, and it took Criswell 35 days to finish my vehicle. The warranty company showed me proof that Criswell wasn't responding to their requests for information so they could approve the claim. Criswell said "these things take time ". Well they never offered me a loaner vehicle or even a rental, told me to just deal with the warranty company. I requested a new service advisor, since min... read more

Appreciate the quality of work that was done. Just oil change and tire rotation. They even rinsed off the car after which was nice. Only negative is that State inspections are only available during the week. Which no one mentioned when I spoke to them, and then got turned away when I arrived on a Saturday morning for one.

Came back here a bench of times to the parts department. They were always very helpful with finding me the part or returning things that did not fit. If you need parts, I would definitely recommend coming here.
